So the second time I went in, I told them what happened and they fixed them at no charge, which I totally expected. Ok so I was happy with my basic mani but then a couple days later it started cracking!!! Went in on a Friday, 2 nails were cracking literally right after, by Monday every single nail was cracked and 2 were chipped!!!! Ugh! I didn't have time to go back in to fix them until Friday They didn't have the chrome colors that I was hoping for but I did I find the "mermaid" gels and they are beautiful!!! Oh I remembered #3! The color selection! All the colors they have are so awesome. The decor is kind of cheap, white walls, ok music, The place is ok, not really a relaxing spa.īut just a nail salon. Now there were a couple of things I liked: That's right! 15 minutes!! Now, if I wasn't in such a hurry I totally would have said something but I had to leave. I waited 1 hour for someone to finally start on my mani, 15 minutes later I was done. I initially wanted a mani and pedi but opted for just a mani when I saw it would take too long to get both. The first time I went they were super duper busy, but at 30% off and 1.5 hours to spare I didn't mind. I've been here twice and I usually give a place a couple of tries before I give a fair rating. Extremely disappointed.This is a new place here in town. I was shocked at that, and paid it anyways. I then had to pay, an expensive $36, and she offered a $5 discount. She then had the guy come over to me to apologize, but I really wanted to get out of that place. The receptionist came over, and saw that I was upset, and apologized to me for his behavior. I walked back out to the store front, almost in tears from mistreatment. I felt so belittled at his aggression, that I asked if I could leave, regardless if it wasn't complete. He was friendly and we went back to the chairs.Īs I resat in the chair, the man then angrily made comments and sternly expressed his anger that I "complained to her", as well as other hostile remarks. The receptionist called the guy and he offered to fix it, both agreeing it wasn't well done. I heard other ladies expressing their negative experiences and outcomes, as we were all crammed in a little area as we waited for the polish to dry.Īs I went to pay, I politely expressed that I was not pleased with the whole experience. We were sat where customers were waiting to be seen. It wasn't well done, it was quick, sloppy, and nails cut extremely short.Īfter the very short time in the chair, two of us were escorted to sit in the front reception with little fans to dry, but my one friend was seated in a proper area for drying. Even with an appointment, we had to wait a long time (way past the appointment time). Today was my first and last visit at this place. Everyone I know that has been there has said the same thing, there is a problem with the staffs attitudes and rudeness. Honestly, for the price, go somewhere else and get treated better. I don't accept service where the customer is being blamed and publicly shamed, especially when it was a giant lie and her mistake. Her and two other women start talking loudly and she kept repeating I came in late and didn't say I wanted shellac, until finally I was pushed over the edge and angrily told her I came at the time I was supposed to and made the appointment for two manicure pedicure, shellac, even called to confirm, and that it was not my problem they misunderstood, and definitely not an excuse to treat me rudely. She continued arguing with me until finally she let us sit down and get our pedicures. When I came, the lady at the front counter got upset with me saying I was half an hour late. I came at this time and even confirmed the appointment with them earlier that day. I booked for two manicure and pedicures, shellac at a certain time. I was a regular customer of there's and always ignored this until finally I was treated so poorly I never returned.
